tasha eats: Big Chomp Burger @ SS15

Hey my pretty felines.
ok. so.

Surya and I happen to stumble upon this place whilst we were on our way to Flat White, a few blocks away from Big Chomp Burger. Which I might add is an amazing place to hangout but I hadn't eaten the whole day and the only actual food they had were sandwiches so we decided to head on over to Big Chomps.

I had really really mixed feelings about this place. Maybe cause its not your conventional cafe you would go to and it doesn't have that cafe/cozy vibe. But son let me tell you their burgers are good. This place would be pretty ideal for you and your friends to go to if you guys were college students/student studying around the area. The service is pretty quick and for all you k-poppers out there, you'd dig this place cause well besides the obvious k-pop statement, they, well, play k-pop. k-pop. k-pop. Ok I'm done haha.

I went with my gerbil buddy Surya and we sat in this really cozy booth secluded from almost everyone else ha ha

I might say it has that western sort of bar look where high school girls work as waitresses and old sleazy men smack their butts or something. I don't know personal preference. (lawlz u guys shud just lawl all day)

Their burgers are made with some sort of stuffed omelette to top their patties. Which i found pretty interesting. I think mine was stuffed with potatoes? I had their Eddgra (RM15) which was packed with a giant patty, caramelized onions and cheese. I added their mineral set which came with a bottle of mineral water and a basket of fries (RM4). Their fries, holy cow, like food foundry, where fried with herbs! Is this some culinary trend I happen to not know of? But they're so good though. Surya on the other hand had The Beast (RM 14) which was oozing with beefy goodness. The patty was cooked with a mustard base (?) (who knows these culinary terms i just cook and eat), topped with some pickles, cheese and caramelized onions.

(oh gosh people only know how to take clear pictures only if they're in it)

All in all I had a pretty good experience at Big Chomp Burger. It's not my typical hangout joint mainly cause I'm more of a pastry person but variety is good.

Big Chomp Burger & Cham Bagels,
